PDFVibrant and beautifully aromatic, the 2025 Cymbal opens with enticing notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, and white peach, accented by delicate hints of honeysuckle and fresh herbs. The palate is bright and expressive, revealing layers of tropical fruit, Meyer lemon, and lemongrass supported by a refined mineral character. Crisp natural acidity brings energy and precision, carrying the wine through a refreshing, elegant finish.
Vineyards
The 2025 Cymbal is sourced from three exceptional Columbia Valley vineyards, each contributing a distinctive element to the blend. Old-vine Sauvignon Blanc from Bacchus Vineyard (66%) provides vibrant tropical fruit and aromatic intensity. Gamache Vineyard (20%) in the White Bluffs AVA brings bright acidity and notes of citrus and lemongrass, while McNary Vineyard (14%) in Horse Heaven Hills contributes texture, richness, and balance, resulting in a fresh and expressive Sauvignon Blanc.
