Key Club members, join us in Woodinville for a hands-on culinary experience with Chef Nicholas Ames of Brian Carter Cellars, recently awarded Best Chef in the Pacific Northwest (2024) for his outstanding work in cuisine. In this intimate class, Chef Nick will guide you through the art of handmade pasta, teaching techniques for shaping Agnolotti, Tortellini, Cappellacci, and Ravioli. You’ll learn the traditions behind each style while perfecting your own creations. An evening of culinary craftsmanship, wine, and fun! This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the region’s most celebrated chefs. 

Wines will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle throughout the evening, along with food items from our in-house menu.

Each month, our Woodinville Tasting Room transforms into a private club space with a variety of activities designed just for our Key Club members. Join us for intimate tastings, chef demonstrations, unique culinary pairings, and interactive experiences to highlight our portfolio.
