A private estate in Paradise Valley will transform into the most coveted dining room in Arizona for one night only — an immersive experience of culinary artistry, wine, and atmosphere.

The evening will begin with a striking seafood tower by Chef Sandra Ojeh of Cuisine Privé, accompanied by curated cocktails from Christiaan Röllich of Golden Eagle Spirits and a full bar, all set within the stunning Villa Noir estate. Guests will then be seated for a six-course dining experience crafted by a remarkable lineup of critically acclaimed chefs, including Adrianne Calvo, Peter McQuaid, Gio Osso, J. Perry, Jason Santos, and Mark Tarbell — each presenting a course that reflects their distinctive culinary perspective.

Founding Winemaker Gilles Nicault will have the pleasure of guiding the wine experience for the evening, with each course thoughtfully paired with Long Shadows and Côté Nicault wines. Throughout the night, live music and guest performances will be woven seamlessly into the experience, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and celebratory.

Beyond the remarkable food and wine, the evening supports Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Teen Centers, making it as meaningful as it is memorable.

Long Shadows Vintners and The SOMM Hotel & Spa invite you to an intimate evening celebrating the partnership between Côté Nicault and Long Shadows, hosted by Founding Winemaker Gilles Nicault.

Rooted in the traditions of the Rhône Valley and shaped by decades of winemaking in Washington State, Gilles has spent more than thirty years crafting wines defined by balance, precision, and a deep respect for place. Through both Long Shadows and his personal project, Côté Nicault, his work reflects the intersection of Old-World discipline and New-World expression — two portfolios connected by philosophy, craftsmanship, and vision.

Set within the refined atmosphere of The SOMM, the evening will feature a multi-course dinner thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Maximillian Petty, with each course designed to complement and elevate the wines served throughout the experience.

Guests will enjoy a curated selection of Côté Nicault and Long Shadows wines, with Gilles guiding each pairing and sharing insight into the vineyards, vintages, and collaborative spirit behind every bottle.

This limited seating experience brings together exceptional wine, culinary artistry, and hospitality for an evening centered on craftsmanship, connection, and discovery.

Kick off your weekend at Long Shadows with an evening of live music from Jarrett Renshaw. A dynamic singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Jarrett blends acoustic soft rock and pop with a storyteller’s touch, pairing familiar favorites with his own original songs. His performances are warm, engaging, and richly layered with guitar and harmonica. Settle in with a glass of wine and ease into the evening as the music carries you into the weekend.

Each month, our Woodinville Tasting Room transforms into a private club space with a variety of activities designed just for our Key Club members. Join us for intimate tastings, chef demonstrations, unique culinary pairings, and interactive experiences to highlight our portfolio.
