The 2024 Cymbal Sauvignon Blanc bursts from the glass with an intense blend of musky lemon peels, grapefruit and sweet sage. Silken textures flood the palate with ripe orchard fruits and citrus tones, all guided by juicy acidity. It leaves the senses refreshed while tapering off with admirable length and concentration.

Matured in 20% new French oak, the 2024 Cymbal Sauvignon Blanc has alluring scents of peach, mango, lime peel, tarragon and candle smoke. The full-bodied palate has a satiny texture and ripe, layered flavors. It’s balanced by bright acidity and has a long, refreshing finish.
