Long Shadows Vintners and The SOMM Hotel & Spa invite you to an intimate evening celebrating the partnership between Côté Nicault and Long Shadows, hosted by Founding Winemaker Gilles Nicault.

Rooted in the traditions of the Rhône Valley and shaped by decades of winemaking in Washington State, Gilles has spent more than thirty years crafting wines defined by balance, precision, and a deep respect for place. Through both Long Shadows and his personal project, Côté Nicault, his work reflects the intersection of Old-World discipline and New-World expression — two portfolios connected by philosophy, craftsmanship, and vision.

Set within the refined atmosphere of The SOMM, the evening will feature a multi-course dinner thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Maximillian Petty, with each course designed to complement and elevate the wines served throughout the experience.

Guests will enjoy a curated selection of Côté Nicault and Long Shadows wines, with Gilles guiding each pairing and sharing insight into the vineyards, vintages, and collaborative spirit behind every bottle.
