Join us at Long Shadows in Woodinville for an unforgettable evening as Chef Aaron Tekulve returns with a new 5-course tasting menu inspired by the moment when fall meets winter. This special collaboration brings together Surrell’s refined, ingredient-driven cuisine and Long Shadows’ acclaimed Washington wines for a thoughtfully curated pairing experience.

Chef Aaron’s menu showcases the richness of the Pacific Northwest season with dishes such as:

  • Bay Leaf Braised Octopus with roasted red kuri squash, fall cranberries, chorizo & chervil
  • Caramelized Sunchoke Espuma with duck leg confit, savory red miso cake, thyme, red wine jus & crispy sunchoke chips
  • Smoked Beef Cheek with grilled winter mushrooms, bone marrow, scallions, mustard seed & red vein sorrel

Each course is beautifully paired with selections from Long Shadows Vintners, highlighting the distinctive character and artistry of our portfolio.
