Past, Present, and Future: A Rhône Tasting with Gilles Nicault

Step inside the cellar for an intimate, education-driven tasting led by Gilles Nicault, Director of Winemaking & Viticulture at Long Shadows, as he guides guests through the past, present, and future of Rhône Valley-inspired wines from Long Shadows and Côté Nicault.

This exceptional, small-format experience is designed to explore how time shapes great wine. Guests will taste treasured library vintages that reveal the beauty of maturity, current releases that define today’s expression, and an exclusive preview wine that offers a glimpse into what lies ahead.

Throughout the tasting, Gilles will share firsthand insight into each vintage, from vineyard selection and blending philosophy to fermentation decisions and barrel aging, offering a rare opportunity to learn directly from the winemaker responsible for every bottle poured.

Guests will experience:

  • A comparative tasting of 2011 and 2016 Côté Nicault GSM and Long Shadows Sequel Syrah
  • A vertical tasting of the 2020, 2021, and 2022 Full Disclosure wines
  • A special preview of the 2022 Côté Nicault GSM

Light bites will accompany the wines.

This is a one-time opportunity to taste across vintages and acquire exceptionally limited library and preview wines, guided by Gilles in an intimate production-room setting.
