Celebrate Fall Release Weekend with Long Shadows Founding Winemaker Gilles Nicault at East Alder Table for an intimate evening of exceptional wine and food.
Chef Rock Silva and the East Alder Table team have created a five-course seasonal menu, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Long Shadows wines chosen for the occasion. The evening begins with our limited-production 2024 Méritant Chardonnay and continues with 2023 Full Disclosure, along with large-format library selections of 2017 Sequel and 2018 SHOUP, before concluding with 2025 Poet’s Leap Riesling.
Throughout dinner, Gilles will share the stories behind the wines, offering a rare opportunity to experience current releases, limited bottlings, and library selections alongside a menu inspired by the season.
