Key Club members, join us in Woodinville for a hands-on culinary experience with Chef Nicholas Ames of Brian Carter Cellars, recently awarded Best Chef in the Pacific Northwest (2024) for his outstanding work in cuisine. In this intimate class, Chef Nicks will guide you through the art of handmade pasta, teaching techniques for shaping Agnolotti, Tortellini, Cappellacci, and Ravioli.
