Pairing Masterclass: A Monthly Wine & Food Experience

Join us on the last Saturday of each month from July through October for an intimate exploration of the remarkable relationship between wine and food.

Your morning begins with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Long Shadows winery and production facility, offering a rare glimpse into where our wines are crafted before settling into an engaging, guided tasting led by Tasting Room Food & Wine Educator Eric Sloane.

As you enjoy six Long Shadows wines thoughtfully paired with a variety of seasonal bites, you'll discover how even subtle changes in flavor, texture, acidity, and sweetness can transform both the wine and the food. Rather than simply tasting wines alongside food, you'll experience firsthand why certain pairings elevate each other while others create entirely different impressions.

Whether you're an enthusiastic home entertainer, an avid wine lover, or simply curious to deepen your appreciation, this intimate experience offers practical insights you can confidently bring to your own table.
