We are delighted to welcome our Key Club Members on the fourth Wednesday of each month for exclusive gatherings tailored just for you! This month, we’re excited to host a special chef demonstration with Heritage Restaurant & Bar’s Owner and Chef, Bre Beike.

Chef Bre will guide you through the art of making a perfect spring risotto, a dish known for its rich flavors and delicate technique. With expert tips, tricks, and hands-on advice, you’ll gain the confidence to master this sometimes tricky recipe at home.

For $20, members will take in this engaging demonstration and will, of course, get to enjoy the finished product. Wine by the glass or bottle will be available for purchase, and Chef Bre will share her favorite Long Shadows wine pairing recommendations to enhance the experience.
