Shoup Inducted into WA Wine Hall of Fame

Allen Shoup, who lead Ste. Michelle Wine Estates for 17 years before launching world-famous Long Shadows Vintners, will be the 2014 inductee into the Legends of Washington Wine Hall of Fame.

“I have worked for 34 years to help build an international reputation for the wines of the Columbia Valley,” Shoup told Great Northwest Wine. “We will see the day when our vineyards take us to the pinnacle of the wine world. Many dedicated people started on this trip before me, others next to me and more will follow after me.”
