This six-course meal will feature dishes such as Bay Scallops with lemongrass and charred serrano oil, Sonoma Duck Breast with foie gras dirty rice, and Bacon Wrapped Elk Tenderloin with trumpet mushrooms, all paired with Long Shadows wines.
