Join the wonderful Chef Maximillian Petty of Eden Hill from your own kitchen as together you make an incredible meal for two! We'll deliver absolutely everything you need to cook one of Maximillian Petty's signature recipes: Breaded & Seared Scallops with Spring Garlic, Celeriac & Corn Risotto, and a Lemon Peel Gastrique. You'll also receive a pre-made Sea buckthorn posset, cultured yogurt creme diplomat, and blueberry meringue dessert as well as a bottle of our 2019 Cymbal Sauvignon Blanc - the perfect pairing for this delicious dinner! Long Shadows Winemaker, Gilles Nicault, will be there alongside Chef Maximillian to walk you through the wine pairing and tasting component.
You also have the option to add on a bottle of 2018 Dance Chardonnay for $42.
This experience will be live streamed on Thursday, June 24 at 6:00 PM PT. If you cannot attend the livestream experience, the video will be available on-demand shortly after the event. The livestream is expected to be 1 hour in length.
Your kit must be purchased by Tuesday, June 22 at 12:00 PM PT to receive before the livestream class.
Kits will deliver within 24 hours of your experience to all Seattle area locations (as far south as Tacoma and north as Everett. If you live outside of the delivery zone, you may pick up your kit in Seattle. Someone over the age of 21 must be present to receive the kit.
